Privacy Policy

Restaurant Hire connects restaurant employers and workers. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Account details may include your email address and account type. Worker profiles may include your name, phone number, city, work experience, availability, preferred positions, pay preference, transportation, travel distance, profile description, verified ratings, and completed jobs. Restaurant job posts may include restaurant and manager details, contact information, address, position, schedule, pay, requirements, and job description.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, display job listings, match workers and restaurants, process applications and interview invitations, unlock contact details after an interview is accepted, provide messaging, prevent misuse, and maintain verified employment ratings.

What is public

Public worker cards show an abbreviated name, experience, position, availability, completed-job count, and verified rating. Email addresses, phone numbers, and precise contact details are not shown publicly. Open job listings show job information but not private manager contact details or the restaurant street address.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared between workers and restaurants only as needed for the hiring process. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Hosting and application infrastructure may process information to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

You may remove your Restaurant Hire profile and activity from Account Settings. Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or protection of verified-rating integrity.

Security and contact

We use access controls and server-side authorization, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. For privacy questions or deletion assistance, contact the Restaurant Hire administrator through the app owner.
