By using Restaurant Hire, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and use the correct worker or restaurant account type. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Marketplace role

Restaurant Hire provides tools for job discovery, applications, interviews, messaging, and verified ratings. Restaurant Hire is not the employer, staffing agency, payroll provider, or party to an employment agreement. Restaurants are responsible for hiring decisions, wages, taxes, scheduling, workplace safety, legal compliance, and required employment checks.

Job posts and profiles

Users may not post false, misleading, discriminatory, illegal, unsafe, or unavailable jobs. Workers may not misrepresent identity, experience, availability, or completed work. Restaurants must provide truthful pay and job requirements.

Verified ratings

Ratings may be submitted only for completed work connected to an accepted interview. Feedback must be truthful and based on direct experience. We may remove fraudulent, retaliatory, abusive, or manipulated ratings while preserving legitimate employment history.

Prohibited conduct

Do not harass users, collect information for unrelated purposes, evade access controls, create deceptive accounts, send spam, scrape the service, or use Restaurant Hire for unlawful activity.

Suspension and removal

We may close jobs, remove content, restrict accounts, or suspend access when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee a job, worker, interview, hiring result, rating, or uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, Restaurant Hire is not responsible for employment decisions, workplace conduct, user disputes, or losses arising from transactions between users.
